At Exo Catering, we craft recipes with a key understanding: flavors are fragrances, memories, and emotions from different moments in our lives, even before they reach our plates. We often reflect on an event or gathering, metaphorically describing its lingering flavor. For us, the best flavor transcends sweetness, sourness, saltiness, or bitterness.
The ideal flavor draws from traditional recipes—genuine, authentic, and fresh, infused with the natural aromas of the Cycladic land, harmonizing with the summer breeze and the surrounding atmosphere. These flavors evoke the essence of a beach, a vineyard, a courtyard, a cultural space, a square, or a terrace with a stunning view of the Aegean. They also arrive steaming at the table, creating a warm ambiance in a welcoming island space during winter.

Exo Catering was founded in 2006 as an extension of the pastry shop
Mesklies, our family business that has been integral to Tinos’ pastry
traditions for nearly 50 years.
In addition to its headquarters in Tinos, founder Yorgos Amiralis and
his team operate in Syros, Mykonos, Andros, and Paros, offering food
and event services for wedding receptions, cocktail parties,
conferences, corporate events, and other celebrations at over 20 ideal
venues. They create menus that provide guests with a unique culinary
experience.
