Tο συγκρότημα βρίσκεται σε μία ήρεμη περιοχή (μόλις 5χλμ από την Χώρα), με θέα τα γειτονικά νησιά Δήλες, Ρήνεια, Μύκονος, Πάρος & Σύρος. Αποτελείται από 8 βίλες και εναν κοινόχρηστο χώρο με πισίνα όπου γίνονται οι εκδηλώσεις
Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει καθιστή εκδήλωση έως 250 καλεσμένων.

It is located in a quiet area (only 5klm from the Chora), overlooking the neighboring islands Diles, Rinies, Mykonos, Paros & Syros. It consists of eight residences and a common area with a pool where the events take place.
It can host a dinner reception with up to 250 people.
